Volume floor, not a hard minimum

There is no contractual MOQ on this site. In practice, tooling amortised over fewer than roughly 500 pieces typically costs more per part than CNC machining or 3D printing, even before the piece price is compared, and we say so rather than sell a tool that never earns out. What the ISO 9001 certificate covers, and what it does not
