Nothing appears on this page until it is confirmed in writing. A certification claimed and not held is a commercial and legal exposure, so an unconfirmed row stays visibly unconfirmed.
Inspection is not one event at the end. The first article proves the tool made what the drawing asked for, in-process checks catch drift while it is still cheap, and the final sample confirms the lot against an agreed acceptance standard. What makes it useful to a buyer is that the method and the gauges are stated, and the results are kept.
