How working with us works
Send CAD and a target quantity; a project engineer reviews it for manufacturability, quotes the part, the tool, and the lead time separately, and stays with the program through first article approval and into production.
Communication and timezone
One project engineer is assigned at quotation and stays with the program. They are the person who reviewed your geometry, so design questions are answered directly rather than relayed. Working hours cover the European afternoon and the US morning, and reviews run on a shared screen with the CAD open. Written questions are answered within one working day.
IP protection
CAD is held on access-controlled cloud storage, reachable only by the engineering, tooling, and quality staff assigned to your project and by any subcontractor named in your quotation. A mutual NDA is available on request and can be signed before you send anything. Files are kept for the life of the tooling relationship, because a repeat order has to be produced from the model that was approved, and are deleted on written request once the tool is transferred or scrapped. Design files are never used to train machine learning systems, and no geometry, photograph, or customer name is published without written consent.
Payment terms
Quotations are issued in USD, EUR, GBP, or INR. Payment is by bank transfer, and tooling is invoiced in stages against agreed milestones rather than in one sum: typically on order, on tool completion, and on first article approval. Production orders are invoiced against shipment. The exact split and net terms are stated on the quotation and order acknowledgement, and are open to discussion for repeat programs.
Logistics
FCA Delhi is the default Incoterm, with CIP to a US port or DDP delivered available on request. Sea freight runs 30 to 45 days to the US West Coast and 40 to 55 days to the East Coast; air freight runs 5 to 8 days and is worth it for first articles and for recovering a slipped schedule. Customs follows the Incoterm: the buyer clears on FCA and CIP, and Trumould clears and pays duty on DDP. Documentation travels with the shipment rather than after it.
Regulatory
The standards that apply are set by your sector: USP Class VI or ISO 10993 material evidence for medical devices, PPAP and APQP submissions for automotive, and RoHS or REACH declarations for consumer and electronics work. Each industry page states what the sector requires and what a molder is expected to hold. Our current certification scope is confirmed in writing for your program before you place an order; nothing is claimed here that a certificate does not support.
Quality documentation
A first article inspection report against the approved drawing is produced before any production quantity runs. Batch dimensional reports, material certificates traceable to resin lot, and capability studies are supplied where the order calls for them, and are quoted as part of the order rather than added afterwards. Say at inquiry stage which documents your receiving inspection needs, because some of them change how the parts are measured and therefore the price.
Failure recovery
Report a non-conformity within 15 days of receipt with photographs and measurement data. The non-conforming quantity is replaced or credited, and where the schedule cannot absorb a resupply by sea we will air freight the replacement. A tool that fails in service is repaired at our cost where the failure is ours: a wear item at end of life, a maintenance miss, or a build defect. Where it fails because of a change you requested or a material you specified, the repair is quoted first. In either case the tool is opened, measured, and reported on within two working days so you know which case you are in.

Weekly Gantt updates and a named project manager, so status is something you can see rather than ask for.
Every project follows the same path. Geometry arrives, we return a design review and a price, steel is cut, samples are measured against the drawing, and production follows once the samples are signed. The only step whose length varies materially is the tool build.
