What runs on this floor

Twenty-five to 3,000 tons of clamp force across an owned fleet covers most production part sizes without subcontracting the molding step. Shot weight tops out at 8 kg on our own presses; heavier shots run through a named partner press rather than being declined or quietly relabelled as ours. Tolerance defaults to the DIN 16742 standard groups, held to ±0.1 mm typical and ±0.05 mm on CMM-verified critical features where the part calls for it. Material range spans commodity resins through engineering and high-performance grades; the full list with properties is on materials. Lead time, from PO to parts

New tooling runs 4 to 8 weeks to first article, by tool class and complexity. Parts on tooling we already hold or that you supply run 3 working days from purchase order. Both numbers are quoted per part rather than averaged, because tool build, first article and production release are three different dates and a number that does not say which one is not comparable to another molder's number. Minimum order quantity

We do not carry a contractual minimum. Our own economic floor sits at roughly 500 pieces; below that, the tooling cost divided across a short run usually makes CNC machining or 3D printing cheaper even at a higher piece price, and we quote it that way and say so rather than sell a tool that will not pay for itself. Certification, stated rather than implied

Trumould holds ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. We do not hold IATF 16949 or ISO 13485, and we do not operate a cleanroom; where a program genuinely needs one of those, we say so rather than let a vague "precision" or "quality-focused" claim stand in for a certificate we cannot produce. Supplying beyond Delhi

Visiting the facility

Site visits are available by appointment. Most first-time buyers combine a visit with a design review of the actual part on the table rather than a general walkthrough, since that is the conversation that actually de-risks a tooling commitment.
