What this policy covers

This policy explains what Trumould collects when you use trumould.com or send us an inquiry, how it is used, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to the website, the quote form, and email correspondence with our engineering and commercial teams.

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, job title, company, email address, telephone number, and country.
  • Project information: part descriptions, quantities, target dates, target pricing, and the notes you write in the inquiry form.
  • Design files: CAD models, drawings, and any documents you attach to an inquiry.
  • Correspondence: the content of emails and messages exchanged with our team.

Information collected automatically

We record standard server log data, including IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and referring page. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are read. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Design files and intellectual property

Design files are treated as confidential customer property. They are stored on access-controlled cloud storage and reachable only by the engineering, tooling, and quality staff assigned to your project, and by the subcontractors named in your quotation where a process is outsourced.

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request and can be signed before you send anything. Where an NDA is in place, its terms take precedence over this policy.

Files are retained for the life of the tooling or supply relationship, because repeat orders must be produced from the same model that was originally approved. On written request we delete them once the tooling has been transferred or scrapped, subject to any records we are required by law to keep.

We do not use customer design files to train machine learning systems, and we do not publish part geometry, photographs, or customer names without written permission.

How we use your information

  • To prepare quotations, design reviews, and manufacturing documentation.
  • To manufacture, inspect, and ship the parts you order.
  • To keep the quality and traceability records that our processes and your sector require.
  • To respond to inquiries and maintain the commercial relationship.
  • To meet legal, tax, and customs obligations.

Who we share it with

Information is shared only where the work requires it: named manufacturing and finishing subcontractors, freight forwarders and customs brokers, payment processors and banks, and professional advisers. Each receives the minimum needed to perform its function. We do not sell or rent personal data.

International transfers

Trumould operates from India and supplies customers in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the GCC. Handling an inquiry therefore involves transferring information to India. Where required, transfers are made under contractual safeguards with the recipient.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept while the opportunity is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order, quality, and traceability records are kept for the periods our quality system and applicable law require. Design files follow the rule set out above.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to info@trumould.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make pages work, including remembering a partially completed inquiry form on your own device so a refresh does not lose it. That data stays in your browser and is not sent to us until you submit the form. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security

Access to customer data is limited by role, storage is access-controlled, and transfers over the website are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

Changes and contact

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a revised date. Questions about it go to info@trumould.com, or by post to Truemold Technology Private Limited, Plot No. 67, Rajasthani Udyog Nagar, GT Karnal Road, Delhi 110033, India.
