Telling us saves a round of quoting. We will say plainly if it is not achievable.

      What to include

      • Geometry as STEP where possible. STL discards units and curves.
      • A PDF drawing for anything the model cannot carry: tolerances, threads, finishes, material, and inspection requirements.
      • The material and grade, not just the family. "Aluminum" is not a specification, 6061-T6 is.
      • Quantity now, and the quantity you expect later. Process choice changes with volume.
      • Which features are critical, and which are cosmetic.
      • Any certification or documentation you need to receive with the parts.

      What happens to your files

CAD is held on access-controlled cloud storage and reachable only by the engineering, tooling, and quality staff assigned to your project, plus any subcontractor named in your quotation. A mutual NDA is available on request and can be signed before you send anything; where one is in place, its terms take precedence. Files are kept for the life of the tooling relationship, because a repeat order has to be produced from the model that was approved, and are deleted on written request once the tool is transferred or scrapped. Design files are never used to train machine learning systems, and nothing is published without written consent. Agreements are governed by Indian law unless a signed supply agreement provides otherwise.
