What we make
Six in-house processes, from a single prototype to production runs of a million pieces. One page per process: what it does well, the tolerances and finishes to expect, the materials available, and the shape of the pricing.
Choose by volume
1 – 50
3D printing or CNC machining
No tooling to pay for. The part exists this week.
50 – 5,000
CNC, or molding on a prototype aluminum tool
The crossover band. Which one wins depends on part size, setup count, and whether the design is frozen.
5,000 +
Injection molding on production steel
The tool is the capital cost; past this point each part costs very little.
Large covers and low-volume enclosures are the exception: vacuum forming beats both, because the tooling is a fraction of a mold.
Injection molding
25 to 3,000 ton presses, parts from a few grams to 8 kg, in over 100 polymers. Runs from a tool you already own or one we build. The part, the tool, and the lead time are quoted separately.
Injection molds and tooling
Tool design, build, and sampling. The tool type follows the part and the volume, so quotes state which configuration is proposed and why.
CNC machining
3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling, turning, and EDM in aluminum, steel, stainless, brass, titanium, and engineering plastics. ±0.02 mm on 5-axis with probing.
3D printing
FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, and DMLS for fit checks, functional prototypes, and low-volume production where tooling would not pay for itself. Parts in 2 to 10 working days.
Sheet metal
Laser cutting, punching, press brake forming, welding, and PEM hardware, 0.5 to 12 mm, from flat patterns or 3D files. Finished and assembled to drawing.
Vacuum forming
Thin and heavy gauge thermoforming for large covers, trays, and enclosures, where tooling cost is a fraction of a mold.
Secondary services and assembly
Heat staking, ultrasonic welding, threaded inserts, painting, plating, metallization, pad and screen printing, laser engraving, subassembly, and packaging. Quoted with the part rather than added afterwards.
Let’s get started on your part
Send your CAD files and target volumes. We come back with a price, a lead time, and any design notes that would reduce either.
