Chennai is one of India's largest automotive assembly and component clusters, with plants concentrated around Sriperumbudur and Oragadam, and it carries a significant electronics and mobile-device manufacturing base alongside it. That is real local capacity, but it is concentrated in assembly and final production rather than in captive tooling shops, and many Chennai-based OEMs and contract manufacturers already source molded components from outside the region rather than building every part locally. How long a Chennai order takes, tooling and transit both counted

No fixed minimum, but a real economic floor

There is no contractual MOQ on this site. In practice, tooling amortised over fewer than roughly 500 pieces usually costs more per part than CNC machining or 3D printing would, even before the piece price is compared, and we will tell you that directly rather than sell a tool that never earns out. What the ISO 9001 certificate does and does not cover

Quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015. IATF 16949, ISO 13485 and cleanroom operation are not in scope here; if a program specifically requires one of those, that is worth surfacing early rather than reading a general "precision manufacturing" claim as a substitute for the certificate.
