What runs on this floor

Twenty-five to 3,000 tons of clamp force across an owned fleet covers most production part sizes without subcontracting the molding step. Shot weight tops out at 8 kg on our own presses; heavier shots run through a named partner press rather than being declined or quietly relabelled as ours. Tolerance defaults to the DIN 16742 standard groups, held to ±0.1 mm typical and ±0.05 mm on CMM-verified critical features where the part calls for it. Getting parts to Bangalore

The Delhi to Bangalore road lane runs about 2,150 km via NH-44. Freight operators quoting that route generally offer two bands: a dedicated full-truckload express service at roughly 26 to 30 hours, and a standard or part-load service, more common for smaller shipments, at 3 to 8 days depending on carrier, consolidation and season. Those are logistics-market figures, not a number we control, so we do not print a fixed promise here; the quotation for your order carries a specific carrier and a specific date, agreed before the purchase order is placed. Lead time, from PO to parts

New tooling runs 4 to 8 weeks to first article, by tool class and complexity, the same schedule regardless of where the parts ship afterward; add the transit time above once parts are ready. Parts on tooling we already hold, or that you supply, run 3 working days from purchase order before transit. Both figures are quoted per part rather than averaged, because tool build, first article and production release are three different dates. Minimum order quantity

We do not carry a contractual minimum. Our own economic floor sits at roughly 500 pieces; below that, tooling cost divided across a short run usually makes CNC machining or 3D printing cheaper even at a higher piece price, and we quote it that way and say so. Certification, stated rather than implied

Trumould holds ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. We do not hold IATF 16949 or ISO 13485, and we do not operate a cleanroom; where a program needs one of those, we say so rather than let a vague "precision" or "quality-focused" claim stand in for a certificate we cannot produce.
